PRATSJ is a two-man accident from Bilzen-Hoeselt, Limburg. Robin Pannemans (drums & vocals) and Stefan Hex (guitars, bass & lead vocals), two thirds of Voidian, started jamming after the pandemic out of boredom and impulse. They had no plan, no expectations and no intention of fixing that.

What came out sits somewhere between stoner, sludge and 80’s hardcore punk. The drums have a hardcore mindset. Guitar and bass are handled by one man and pushed to the edge through feedback and sheer volume. There are hints of Melvins, but PRATSJ picks energy over precision every time. Song titles are in Limburg dialect, and most of them double as insults.

PRATSJ isn’t polished and doesn’t try to be. It’s a loud, messy thing that somehow holds together.
